The SG100-D series represents an innovative intelligent fixed multi-gas detector featuring hot-swappable functionality. Once installed, its hot-swappable design significantly simplifies maintenance procedures. Technicians can replace components such as sensors without shutting down the entire system, ensuring continuous operation in critical gas monitoring scenarios.
This detector delivers high-efficiency gas detection, capable of continuously monitoring up to four different gases within a single unit. Whether detecting common hazardous gases like carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, methane, or oxygen, it provides comprehensive coverage for various industrial and environmental applications.
Safety remains a top priority for the SG100-D series, as demonstrated by its IECEx and ATEX certifications. With an explosion level reaching Ex db IIC T6 intrinsically safe grade, it can be securely deployed in explosive environments such as oil refineries and chemical plants, minimizing ignition risks.
The magnetic wand design enhances both user-friendliness and safety. In explosion-prone areas, operators can use the magnetic wand to navigate menus easily, eliminating the need for direct physical contact while reducing potential spark-induced accidents.
